The Example of Proxy Setting

※ Only the teachers and students of our school are qualified for using the outside-of-school databases.
    Please set Proxy first before using it.

Please don't set Proxy when you use the databases right in our school.
The account number and password are the same as ones to sign in the library borrowing system.
Please e-mail or dial 294 or 296 if having any problem. Thanks！

(1) Operation way: open web server→click【工具】→click【網際網路選項】

(2) Enter【網際網路選項視窗】→click【連線】

(3) Choose different ways according to different networks:

     ADSL →click【設定】
     LAN →click【區域網路設定】

■ ADSL
    Enter 【ADSL設定】→ 【Proxy伺服器】→ 位址(E)：140.133.6.7   連埠號(T)：3128

■ LAN (community building…)
    Enter【區域網路設定(L)】 → 【Proxy伺服器】→ 位址(E)：140.133.6.7   連埠號(T)：3128

(4) Renew web server, or open a new web server until the following picture appears.

(5) Enter one’s account number and password in the window to complete Proxy Setting.
     (The account number and password are the same as ones to sign in the library borrowing system.)
